Perkins Township will be offering grants to Perkins Township residents beginning ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐!ย 
๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ง๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
ย Grant funds will be available for Housing & Property Improvements
ย Grant Size $500-$10,000 with minimal owner contribution
ย Applicants must be low-income
ย Eligible projects include but are not limited to: Repair or replacement of porches, siding, windows, doors, roofs, gutters, paint, fencing, garage repairs and demolition
ย Grants will be paid directly to contractor after work is completed
